Unfortunately, our warehouse processes orders so quickly that we can't change or cancel an order once it's been placed. On the bright side, we regularly deliver your orders faster than expected. → Backorders
Sometimes we offer merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, or that has sold out and is being restocked. As a convenience, you can still order the backordered items, and we'll ship them to you as soon as we can.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we will ship your entire order once the backordered items come back into stock.

Placing an order on princeherb.com is easy.
To Shop:
Find the items you want.Add the item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button in the Quick Shop window or on the item's full page.
You can remove an item from your cart by clicking the "remove" link located on the right side of the shopping cart.
You can change the quantity of items in your cart by change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column and your cart will update right away.
To add more items to your Shopping Cart, click "Continue Shopping".
To Check Out:
Click the "Secure Checkout" button in the shopping cart. If you are a registered customer, sign in with your email address and password. If not, you can check out as a guest or you will have the option to register during checkout.Address Setup: If you are not a registered customer, enter your Shipping Address and click Continue.
Shipping: Choose where to ship your order and how you would like it to be shipped. Enter your payment information. Click "Continue Checkout".
Order Summary: This is your last chance to review your order before you click "Complete Your Order".
Order Confirmation: When your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, within a few hours.

To place an order by phone, please have your credit card number and desired item #(s) ready. You can reach princeherb, Monday-Friday from 10am to 5pm EST at 1-855-999-4384.
All costs and delivery options are the same for online and phone orders.
